There’s just something about summer that makes everything feel a little lighter.


Longer days, warmer weather, and more time outside, which usually means reaching for something refreshing throughout the day.


But it’s also easy to fall into grabbing sugary drinks that taste good in the moment, but don’t leave you feeling your best. That’s why I’ve started being more intentional about what I’m reaching for.
