My CEO Told Me to Be Loud About Women Building a Business

There are moments in business that make you pause.

Not because of the numbers. Not because of the recognition.

But because of what it represents.

Recently, I was told something that stuck with me:

"You need to be loud about this."

And if I'm being honest, that doesn't always come naturally to me.

Why Women Building a Business Need to See This

Being a young mom building a business like this isn't the typical story and that's exactly why it matters.

Other women are sitting there wondering if it's possible for them, questioning if they're too early, too busy, or not experienced enough.

The truth is, there's never a perfect time. There will always be busy seasons, moments of doubt, and days when it feels like a lot to balance.

I didn't have everything figured out, but I chose to start anyway and stayed willing to learn, grow, and keep showing up.

This Isn’t About Being the Exception

Being recognized as the youngest Silver Executive Vice President meant so much to me.

But not because of the title. Not even because of the income. It meant something deeper... it showed what's possible.

Not just for me, but for other women who might be watching.

Because this isn't about being the exception. It's about showing that this path is available.

You Don’t Have to Wait

You don't have to wait until life slows down.

You don't have to wait until you feel "ready."

You don't have to wait until everything makes sense.

You can start where you are.

You can build something meaningful.

You can grow at your own pace.

You can do it in a way that fits your life.

Why I’m Choosing to Be Loud

So if being "loud" means sharing what's possible, I'm all for it.

If it means helping someone else see that they can do this too, I'm in.

If it means showing that you can build something like this while still being present in your life, then I'm okay with that.

Because someone out there needs to see it.

What I Want You to Remember

If you've ever felt like you're too early, too busy, or not "qualified" enough—I want you to hear this:

You're not.

You're just at the beginning.

And sometimes, seeing someone else do it is all it takes for women building a business to believe that they can too.

Love,
